The basic principle of the MAP tray sealer machine is packing the food in the plastic tray, vacuum firstly, then fill the protection gas into the trays and sealing film, 99% gas replacement rate, keep food fresh longer time and natural color. Of course if customer doesn't need vacuum only need gas flush, we also can make it, it's due to what customer requires.
1. Using food-grade SUS304 stainless steel and solid Aluminum magnesium alloy, inline with food hygienic regulations, guarantees the longest service life, and best MAP packaging quality.
2. A coding machine & a labeling machine is optional if customer needs.
3. Built-in cutter,dry and moist modes led indicator lights, suction hose jars and container food gas flush
4. The gas replacement rate: >98%.
5. The mixing accuracy error of fresh-keeping gas: US Imachine gas mixer or German WITT gas minxer <0.5%; Our own Yiteng mixer, for fixed rate it is < 1%, Adjustable proportioning mixer is < 5%, it's up to customer's demands.
