They are used for the packaging of meat products, seafood, fruits, vegetables and all kinds of chilled food products.
YT-500 series nitrogen vacuum tray sealing machine is the perfect equipment for keeping the food or vegetable fresh. The machine adopts built-in PLC control system, intelligence digital temperature controller, CHINT relay, Taiwan Airtac cylinder, US Imachine/German WITT gax mixer/Our own YiTeng gas mixer. The machine is stable and durable equipment, and takes little space.
Our MAP machines gas replacement rate reach >98%. The mixing accuracy error of fresh-keeping gas: US Imachine gas mixer or German WITT gas minxer <0.5%; Our own home made Yiteng mixer, for fixed rate it is < 1%, Adjustable proportioning mixer is < 5%, it's up to customer's demands.
